What Can Be Returned?
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Change of mind purchases
How Do I Start a Return?
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address if required.
In some cases, such as damaged products, we may not require the item to be returned.
Return Shipping
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Willow & Silk.
For change of mind returns or late cancellations, shipping costs are not refundable.
Where applicable, we will provide an Australia Post return shipping label for approved returns.
Refunds & Credits
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund once issued.
Packaging Requirements
We recommend returning products in their original packaging where possible. If original packaging is unavailable, items should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Warehouse Returns
Willow & Silk operates from a warehouse located in Melbourne, Victoria. Approved returns may also be returned directly to our warehouse by arrangement.
