We dispatch all products from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse and ship only within Australia. Normal deliveries take 3-8 working days after dispatch and express postage takes 1-3 business days, but remote areas may take longer time. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (excluding non-working days) if paid by 9 am.

You can monitor your delivery status with the provided tracking number. Our warehouse is not open to the public, hence no pick-up option is available.

Most shipping is free, but, an additional postage fee, based on the weight and dimensions, may apply to some states including, but not limited to, Northern Territory, Perth Metro, QLD Far North, WA Regional, WA Remote, and TAS. To get the exact postage fee, use the POSTAGE AND PAYMENTS section. Choose your suburb, enter your postcode and correct quantity in the postage calculator.

We do not offer discounts on freight costs, combined postage, or dispatch items in one consignment if size and weight restrictions apply. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton. We work with different courier partners, based on delivery locations and item volume, to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service.

If you need to cancel an order after dispatch or return an item, note that the postage fee may not be refundable, additional fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests, and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
1. Change of mind
2. Damaged product during transit
3. Warranty claim
4. Dissatisfaction with the purchase

For 'Change of Mind' orders, returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Prior to returning your goods, a satisfactory proof of photos and / or videos is required to be sent to us, in ensuring that:
• The product has been unused and in the same condition it was sold.
• No damages, stains, markings, and misuse of the products.
• Original box packaging is used to protect good/s from further damaging on the return to sender.

If the returning product does not have the original packaging a 50% fee of the original purchased price will be deducted when processing the refund.

**We recommend that you keep the original packaging (boxes) to ensure a safe return to sender when a change of mind occurs. Returning goods are therefore a responsibility of the buyer / customer until we have received it.

**A prepaid return label can be provided by us to you and deducted when the refund is initiated after the return, alternatively the buyer / customer can choose a postal courier by themselves and will be liable for the return cost.

Fees that will be deducted from your refund are:
A restocking fee calculation of 15% fee of the original purchased price will be charged and deducted once we have received the product back to our warehouse.

A return fee will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover the postage of product back to us (if preferred by the buyer / customer) for us to organize a return label.

Instructions:
1. Contact our customer service immediately for any returns or claims.
2. Follow the return instructions sent to your registered email.
3. Do not return items without our instructions as it may not be accepted.

Note:
Freight fees will be deducted from the refund for change of mind or cancelled orders in transit.

WARRANTY

We offer a one-year warranty from the sale date covering manufacturing defects and unfit products.

However, this warranty is voided by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, commercial use of non-commercial equipment, and other similar reasons.

Under the warranty, products can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
